West Bromwich Albion 'trained for just three hours during Spain trip'

West Bromwich Albion reportedly trained for just three hours during a warm-weather trip to Spain.

West Bromwich Albion's squad reportedly trained for just three hours during a trip to Spain.

The Premier League club had been booked to spend three days at Espanyol's Ciutat Esportiva Dani Jarque training ground in Barcelona.

However, according to The Guardian, the players were rarely on the training pitch during the trip, which has been dominated by news about off-field behaviour.

Gareth Barry, Boaz Myhill, Jonny Evans and Jake Livermore are alleged to have stolen a taxi while the driver was collecting a food order at a McDonald's drive-thru.

The Baggies quartet have apologised for the incident and will reportedly avoid legal action.
