Andy Carroll's move to West Ham United will eventually cost the club £45m, according to reports.
The striker moved to Upton Park from Liverpool in June 2013 for a reported fee of £15m.
However, The Telegraph has claimed that the initial fee was £16.5m, and that the Hammers had to pay Liverpool an extra £1m for avoiding relegation last season.
Carroll is said to earn over £90,000 a week, which takes the total value of the deal to £45m.
The 26-year-old has scored four goals in 11 Premier League appearances this season.
