Wolverhampton Wanderers striker Sylvan Ebanks-Blake insists that he is happy to remain at Molineux.

Wolverhampton Wanderers striker Sylvan Ebanks-Blake has insisted that he is focused on helping his side avoid relegation from the Championship.

The 26-year-old had been linked with a move to Hull City but after no move materialised before the end of the transfer window, Ebanks-Blake has revealed that he is delighted to remain at Molineux.

Ebanks-Blake told the Birmingham Mail: "Speculation is speculation – my job is still the same and that's to play football and I'm delighted to be doing that at the minute. I'm playing so I'm happy.

"I'm here for the cause. We need results to start going for us but I genuinely believe that the way that we are playing that they will come and you'll see the tide turn."

Ebanks-Blake has scored 11 goals for Wolves this season.
