Wolverhampton Wanderers striker Steven Fletcher has resumed training and could play a part in the Premier League side's clash with Wigan Athletic this weekend.
The Scotland international was originally ruled out of the match at Molineux with a calf injury. However, boss Mick McCarthy has claimed that they will make a late call on his fitness.
"Fletch trained with the squad for the first time and he did okay," said McCarthy. "If he is right, he will be involved on Sunday.
"We are aware of the contribution he has made. But we will wait and see how he is before making any decision.
"The last thing we want to do is rush him back for this game and then repent at leisure during the two weeks of the international break."
Meanwhile, midfielders Jamie O'Hara and Stephen Hunt are due to play against the Latics after overcoming their injuries.
