Danny Tickle ran in four tries as Hull FC thrashed Widnes Vikings 58-10 in their Super League clash at the KC Stadium this afternoon.
Tickle crossed three times in the first half, converting himself successfully on two occasions, while Willie Manu and Andy Lynch also touched down in the opening period.
Manu and Tickle then added further scores to their individual tallies in the second half, while Richard Whiting, Sam Moa and Tom Briscoe also recorded tries.
As well as his try scoring exploits, Tickle was in fine form with the boot all afternoon, as he kicked nine out of ten conversions.
Widnes finally got themselves on the scoreboard when Paddy Flynn scored two late tries.
With the result, the Vikings remain bottom of the table while Hull jump above Bradford Bulls into sixth position.
