Andy Murray has revealed that he hopes to be in top shape for next month's ATP World Tour Finals in London.
The Scot, who defeated David Ferrer in the final of the Shanghai Masters on Sunday, also revealed that he was unsure whether he was going to play in Valencia or Basel before the tournament in London at the end of November.
"I don't actually know whether I'm going to play that week [in Valencia or Basel] or not, I'm going to make a decision depending how I feel," Murray told Sky Sports News.
"I'm going to take four or five days off but the goal is to play well at the O2 and try and go further than I have before and I will do everything I can to get ready for that."
Murray's victory in Shanghai has moved him up to third place in the world rankings.
