Sports Mole looks at how Barcelona could line up in Saturday's La Liga clash with Las Palmas.

Barcelona could be missing both Andreas Christensen and Ronald Araujo for Saturday's La Liga contest with Las Palmas at Estadi Olimpic Lluis Companys.

Christensen pulled out of the Denmark squad due to an Achilles problem, while Araujo was released from Uruguay duty earlier than expected, with the centre-back said to have a minor muscular injury.

The pair could therefore miss out this weekend, while Frenkie de Jong, Pedri, Gavi and Alejandro Balde remain on the sidelines for the reigning La Liga champions.

Ferran Torres is in the latter stages of his recovery from a thigh problem, though, and there is a strong chance that the attacker will be back in the squad for this match.

Inigo Martinez could benefit from Araujo's absence to feature in the middle of the defence, while there will be a return for Joao Cancelo, who was not involved in the 3-0 win over Atletico Madrid before the international break due to concerns over a heart issue, but he has since been given the all-clear.

Fermin Lopez and Sergi Roberto are in line to keep their midfield spots, while Lamine Yamal could start on the bench, with Joao Felix and Raphinha likely to feature in the wide areas.

There had been some concern over a knock that Robert Lewandowski took while representing Poland, but the experienced striker is expected to lead the Barcelona line.

Pau Cubarsi will also keep his spot in the middle of the defence, with the 17-year-old, who made his Spain debut during the recent international break, excelling since coming into the side.

Barcelona possible starting lineup: Ter Stegen; Kounde, I Martinez, Cubarsi, Cancelo; Fermin, Gundogan, Roberto; Raphinha, Lewandowski, Felix
