Barcelona are reportedly serious about their interest in both Ajax defender Matthijs de Ligt and Atletico Madrid striker Antoine Griezmann.
The Catalan giants have been linked with both players in recent months and, according to Spanish outlet AS, their interest has only increased following this week's shock exit from the Champions League.
Barca suffered a 4-0 loss away at Liverpool to crash out 4-3 on aggregate in the semi-finals, leaving Ernesto Valverde's future in doubt.
The report indicates that a major squad overhaul is on the cards, spearheaded by De Ligt and Griezmann.
De Ligt was already a major part of Barcelona's transfer plans but the Spanish champions will no double down on their efforts to sign the centre-back, it is claimed, while Griezmann is considered a statement buy in the wake of their humiliating loss at Anfield.
