FC Dallas 0-1 Los Angeles Galaxy

Mike Magee's second-half strike earns Los Angles Galaxy a scrappy win at FC Dallas.

Los Angeles Galaxy have extended their unbeaten run to six games with a scrappy win at FC Dallas.

Galaxy, who were without David Beckham following his role in Saturday's Olympic opening ceremony, scored the game's only goal in the 62nd minute.

Robbie Keane found Mike Magee in space outside the penalty area and former USA youth international beat Kevin Hartman with a precise low finish from 20 yards.

Real Madrid will be Galaxy's next opponents. The La Liga champions are due to visit the Home Depot Centre on August 2.
