Genoa host out-of-form Inter Milan knowing that a win would see them to safety in Serie A for another season.
The hosts are currently on a five-match unbeaten streak which has seen them almost to safety - three draws and two wins have come from those games.
Inter's defeat to Lazio on Wednesday night has consigned them to their highest loss tally in their Serie A history and as such they are now unable to qualify for Europe.
Aside from Genoa's long-term absentees the only fresh concern is over left-back Luca Antonelli, who faces a battle to be fit for the game.
Inter's extensive injury list has grown bigger following the Lazio defeat; Tommaso Rocchi and Andrea Ranocchia are both question marks for the visitors.
