With Tevez on the bench, Sergio Aguero and Edin Dzeko will resume their partnership up front.
Hosts Fulham have recalled Bobby Zamora to the team after he was rested for Thursday's Europa League match, while Moussa Dembele replaces Bryan Ruiz in attack.
