Report: Celtic in talks with Saidy Janko

Manchester United defender Saidy Janko is reportedly in talks over a permanent move to Scottish champions Celtic.

Celtic have reportedly held talks with Manchester United defender Saidy Janko ahead of a proposed permanent move to the Scottish champions.

The 19-year-old had a spell on loan with Bolton Wanderers last season under former Celtic manager Neil Lennon, scoring on his debut in a win over Fulham.

According to BBC Sport, the Switzerland Under-19 international was in Glasgow yesterday to discuss the move to Ronny Deila's side.

Janko joined United from FC Zurich in 2013, and made his debut for the club in the League Cup defeat to MK Dons last August.
