Report: Fulham lead Reece James race

A report claims that Fulham are ahead of Nottingham Forest in the race to sign Manchester United youngster Reece James on loan.

Fulham have reportedly emerged as the favourites to sign Manchester United youngster Reece James on a season-long loan deal.

The 21-year-old is widely expected to leave Old Trafford this summer and has been strongly linked with a move to Nottingham Forest.

However, according to the Daily Mail, Fulham are currently ahead in the race to sign the left-back as they prepare for another season of Championship football.

James, who played in the Championship last season for both Rotherham United and Huddersfield Town, signed a new long-term deal at Old Trafford earlier this year.
