Lionel Messi offers sympathies to Paris attack victims

Lionel Messi says that his thoughts are with the victims of the Paris terror attacks that have reportedly taken the lives of 128 people.

Argentina captain Lionel Messi has offered his condolences to the victims of the terror attacks that occurred in Paris on Friday evening.

At least 128 people are reported to have been killed after a series of incidents in the French capital, and Messi has taken to social media to express his support to anyone who has been affected.

"All our thoughts are with yesterday's victims and their families," the Barcelona forward wrote on Facebook.

"We want to reiterate today, more than ever, that there's only one way: love and peace between mankind and the world will stick together to achieve it."

Despite the events that occurred in Paris, the French Football Federation has confirmed that the international friendly between England and France will take place on Tuesday evening.
