Portugal Under-21s and Sweden Under-21s are both through to the semi-finals of the European Championships after they played out a 1-1 draw this evening.
The Swedes carved out a decent opening on the half-hour mark when Victor Lindelof rose highest before planting a header just over the bar.
Sergio Oliveira had a chance for the Portuguese three minutes into the second half, but he lashed his effort well over the bar from the edge of the box.

Kiese Thelin should have done better in the second half when he met John Guidetti's delivery, but he could only head downwards before seeing the effort bounce over the bar.
Portugal were calling for a penalty on the hour mark when Ricardo went down under a challenge from Lindelof, but the referee waved away the appeals.
Goncalo Paciencia broke the deadlock inside the final 10 minutes when he drilled a low shot into the corner, and it looked to be enough to send the Seleccao through.
However, Simon Tibbling netted for the Scandinavians with a minute of normal time left to ensure that both teams qualified for the final four.
Sweden will now meet Denmark in their semi-final, while the Italians will contest theirs with Germany.
