League Two roundup: Top seven teams all drop points

Sports Mole rounds up all of Tuesday night's League Two action.

The top seven sides in League Two all failed to win in a dramatic evening of football.

Scunthorpe United will be most disappointed after throwing away a two-goal lead against Southend United, as Chesterfield could only manage a 1-1 draw at AFC Wimbledon.

Rochdale lost ground on the top two, losing 2-1 to Torquay United, who won for the first time in seven league games thanks to a late Joss Labadie strike.

Two goals from Daniel Nardiello meant that Fleetwood Town could only draw 2-2 with Bury after twice being ahead, and Burton Albion played out a goalless draw with Portsmouth.

There was also a goalless draw between Accrington Stanley and Hartlepool United, while two goals from Adebayo Azeez gave Dagenham & Redbridge a 2-1 win at Bristol Rovers.

Morecambe completed a second-half comeback against Newport County, scoring twice in four minutes to take the lead before Jack Redshaw added two more late on.

A single Ian Morris goal gave Northampton Town victory at Exeter City, while there were also 1-0 away wins for York City at Mansfield Town and Plymouth Argyle at Wycombe Wanderers.

Elsewhere, a late Jamie Cureton goal earned Cheltenham Town a 1-1 draw at Oxford United.
