Unai Emery's position as head coach of Arsenal is reportedly not under threat despite the team's struggles.

Arsenal's run of Premier League matches without a win stretched to four on Saturday as they suffered a 2-0 defeat to Leicester City at the King Power Stadium.

In all competitions, the Gunners have won just one of their last seven matches, leading to suggestions that the capital club could sack Emery as head coach.

However, according to The Athletic, there are no plans to get rid of the Spaniard, with Arsenal's hierarchy - which includes technical director Edu and head of football Raul Sanllehi - '100% behind' the manager.

The report claims that owner Stan Kroenke and managing director Vinai Venkatesham also share the same opinion despite the team making their worst start to a league campaign since 1982.

The London club are currently sixth in the Premier League table, eight points off fourth-placed Manchester City, who travel to Liverpool on Sunday afternoon.
