A number of Arsenal's senior management team, including head coach Unai Emery, are reportedly growing exasperated by the uncertainty over Ivan Gazidis's future.

Arsenal manager Unai Emery has reportedly grown exasperated with the ongoing uncertainty surrounding the future of chief executive Ivan Gazidis.

Gazidis has informed the club that he received an offer from AC Milan last month, with the Italian giants having been taken over by a hedge fund run by his friend Paul Singer.

Arsenal denied reports last week suggesting that Gazidis has officially handed in his notice at the Emirates Stadium, but the 53-year-old is still yet to make his final decision.

The Times claims that the uncertainty surrounding the decision has begun to frustrate a number of members of the senior management team, including head coach Emery.

Gazidis has been largely responsible for developing that management team in recent years, including recommending Emery and ushering out Arsene Wenger after 22 years at the helm.

The likes of head of recruitment Sven Mislintat, head of football relations Raul Sanllehi, director of high performance Darren Burgess and contract negotiator Huss Fahmy have also been brought in by Gazidis in recent years.

Gazidis has a 12-month notice period in his contract, although Arsenal are expected to place him on gardening leave should he decide to accept the offer from Milan.
