Arsenal have registered their interest in Athletic Bilbao centre-back Dani Vivian, according to a report.
Mikel Arteta is keen to bolster his defence, with the Gunners having conceded 10 goals in their opening seven Premier League games of the season.
Vivian, 22, is one of a number of Bilbao players who have caught the eye early in the campaign, as the Spanish outfit have lost just one of their eight La Liga matches so far.
According to Fichajes, Arsenal are "already following him closely", while West Ham United and Wolverhampton Wanderers are also keeping an eye on the Spaniard.
The report adds that Vivian has a release clause of €40m (£34m), which many clubs would have no issue in paying given his potential.
Born in the Basque Country, the defender has been at Bilbao since 2016 and spent last season on loan at Mirandes in the Spanish second tier.
