Hull City are understood to have agreed a £3m deal to sign Arsenal defender Carl Jenkinson.
The 22-year-old full-back is expected to leave the Gunners this summer following the arrival of Mathieu Debuchy from Newcastle United.
West Ham United, Sunderland and Swansea City are all thought to be keen on the youngster, but Hull are currently leading the chase for his signature, according to Goal.com.
The Tigers have already signed three players this summer, including Tom Ince and Jake Livermore.
Jenkinson scored one goal in 22 appearances for Arsenal during the 2013-14 campaign.
