Report: Arsenal have second Krystian Bielik bid rejected

Arsenal are believed to have had a second bid for 17-year-old Polish teenager Krystian Bielik rejected by Legia Warsaw, who are reportedly holding out for £2.3m.

Arsenal are believed to have failed in a second attempt to sign Polish teenager Krystian Bielik from Legia Warsaw.

The Gunners were unsuccessful with a £1.6m opening offer for a midfielder who is apparently regarded highly by Arsene Wenger.

Sky Sports News claims that a bid of £2.3m would be enough to tempt Legia into selling the 17-year-old, whom they paid Lech Poznan just £9,500 for last summer on a three-year contract.

While negotiations between the two clubs are ongoing, Arsenal have reportedly had a second official approach rejected as the Polish outfit look to protect one of their most valuable assets.

Bielik has made six first-team appearance for Legia, including one as a substitute in the Europa League.
