Arsenal are reportedly preparing an offer for Inter Milan midfielder Marcelo Brozovic when the transfer window reopens next month.
The 23-year-old Croatian is currently one year into an 18-month loan deal with the Serie A side from Dinamo Zagreb but the move is likely to be made permanent in the new year.
According to Calcio Mercato, Inter are prepared to sell Brozovic, who has scored three times in 26 appearances, straight on to the Gunners for around £11.9m.
Such a deal would represent a £4m instant profit for the San Siro side, who are currently leading the way in the Italian top flight.
Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger is believed to be open to doing business next month as his side bid to win their first league title in 12 years.
