AS Monaco vice-president Vadim Vasilyev has praised the qualities of current manager Claudio Ranieri, stating that the Italian is "doing really well".
Having gained promotion from Ligue 2 last season, Ranieri now sees his side sitting in second position in the Ligue 1 table.
"He's doing really well. He got the team that was really reshuffled a lot with so many players coming in," Vasilyev told beIN Sports.
"Because we have stars, we have young players, we have so many nationalities. And he managed to create a real team because when you talk about individualists, that doesn't equal to a strong team."
Monaco currently find themselves eight points adrift of league leaders Paris Saint-Germain.
