Diego Simeone impressed by Antoine Griezmann form

Diego Simeone believes that there is much more to come from Atletico Madrid forward Antoine Griezmann after his brace in the 2-0 win over Getafe.

Atletico Madrid head coach Diego Simeone has claimed that there is still more to come from Antoine Griezmann after he continued his fine form in the 2-0 win over Getafe.

Griezmann took his tally for the season to five goals in all competitions as his brace led Atletico to a fourth La Liga win in five games.

The display was another example of the Frenchman's importance to the team, and Simeone was quick to pay tribute to the 24-year-old.

"He is in excellent shape, has grown so much and he is a key player for the team," the Argentine told reporters. "His future will depend just on him."

Atletico return to action with a trip to Villarreal on Saturday.
