Barcelona will be without the services of defender Marc Bartra for up to 20 days after the 21-year-old pulled a muscle in his right leg during training on Sunday.

Barcelona defender Marc Bartra has been ruled out for almost three weeks with a muscle injury.

The 21-year-old pulled a muscle in his right leg during a training session on Sunday and club doctors have said that he will be sidelined between 15 to 20 days.

Bartra did not travel with Barcelona to Russia for their Champions League Group G clash against Spartak Moscow on Tuesday, staying behind in the Catalan capital instead.

The Spanish youngster has featured four times in La Liga for Barca so far this season and twice in the Champions League.
