Report: Luis Enrique given two-game ultimatum

A report claims that Barcelona boss Luis Enrique has two games to save his job.

Luis Enrique's long-term position as Barcelona manager is reportedly in severe doubt.

The Spaniard, who took charge of the Catalan outfit last summer, has come under criticism for implementing a new brand of football this season.

Barca are still in a healthy position in all three major competitions, but more pressure was heaped on Enrique when he left Lionel Messi on the bench for Sunday's La Liga clash at Real Sociedad, which Barca lost 1-0.

According to Cadena Cope, negative results in Barca's next two matches – which are against Elche in the Copa del Rey and Atletico Madrid in the league – could lead the board to a decision.

On Monday, director of football Andoni Zubizarreta and assistant director Carlos Puyol both departed the Camp Nou.
