Birmingham City get their first win of the season by a single goal at home to Peterborough United.

Birmingham City have got their first win of the season under Lee Clark against a spirited Peterborough United.

A goalmouth scramble produced the only goal of the game, as a Wade Elliot free-kick ended up in the net after a Peter Lovenkrands flick on. United keeper Robert Ojelnik was eventually credited with the own goal.

Peterborough tried to force a breakthrough and smacked the crossbar through Tyrone Barnett, who beat Blues keeper Jack Butland but not the woodwork.
