Cardiff City unveil new club crest for 2015-16 season

Cardiff City unveil a new club crest that includes both a traditional bluebird and a new oriental-inspired red dragon.

Championship side Cardiff City have unveiled a new club crest for the 2015-16 season onwards.

The new design gives prominence to the club's traditional bluebird, but there is also a red, oriental-inspired dragon at the bottom.

Club owner Vincent Tan controversially changed the club's strip to red and crest to a dragon-centred design in 2012 to appeal to international markets.

He has since reverted back to the old blue kits and bluebird logo after increased pressure from the supporters.
