Jose Mourinho: 'John Terry could return against Atletico Madrid'

Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho reveals that captain John Terry has a chance of being fit for the club's Champions League semi-final second leg with Atletico Madrid.

Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho has revealed that defender John Terry has a "little chance" of being fit to play against Atletico Madrid on Wednesday night.

Terry picked up a foot injury in the first leg of the Champions League semi-final with the Spanish side, and despite ruling the club captain out of Chelsea's game with Liverpool, Mourinho suggested that he could return in midweek.

The 51-year-old told reporters: "He has no chance for Sunday and then a little one for Wednesday. That is it."

Terry is expected to be one of a number of players who won't be risked at Anfield on Sunday.
