Marseille will listen to bids for Cesar Azpilicueta

Chelsea could move for Cesar Azpilicueta after Marseille's sporting director admitted that the defender may leave the club this summer.

Marseille sporting director Jose Anigo has admitted that the club will listen to offers for Chelsea target Cesar Azpilicueta.

The European Champions have been linked with the right-back on a number of occasions this summer and Marseille have now accepted that they will need to sell players in the current transfer window.

Anigo told RTL: "Everybody has to sell before buying.

"In effect, it could either be (Stephane) M'Bia and Azpi. But for now, nothing has changed."

Roberto Di Matteo is searching for a new full-back after releasing Jose Bosingwa last month.
