Maicon's proposed transfer from Inter Milan to Chelsea has reportedly stalled.
The full-back is said to have been in discussions for a number of days following revelations that the 30-year-old was ready to quit the San Siro.
After those talks, it was thought that Maicon would complete his move to Stamford Bridge within a matter of days.
However, the Blues are currently unwilling to match the length of contract that the Brazilian defender is asking for, according to Sky Sport 24.
Some reports have claimed that Maicon wants a three-year deal, while Chelsea are only willing to offer two years.
