Chelsea have reportedly decided to allow forward Tammy Abraham to link up with Aston Villa on loan.
Abraham is currently regarded as third choice behind Alvaro Morata and Olivier Giroud at Stamford Bridge, and the England international could have been kept in reserve due to the club's participation in the Europa League.
However, according to The Sun, Villa are expected to announce the loan signing of the 20-year-old before the closure of the transfer window on Friday.
Manager Steve Bruce has previously acknowledged that he would be interested in Abraham should he become available, and it appears that the West Midlands outfit have won the race for the youngster's signature.
Abraham netted five times in 31 Premier League outings for Swansea City last season, but scored 23 goals for Bristol City in the Championship during 2016-17.
