Leicester City have celebrated their Championship victory with a comfortable 2-0 win away at Huddersfield Town this afternoon.
Andy King almost put Leicester into the lead after only a couple of minutes when he sent a header towards the top corner, forcing Alex Smithies into a smart stop in the process.
Matthew James sent in an inch-perfect ball for Chris Woods after 15 minutes, but the striker couldn't get his headed effort on target as Smithies watched the ball fly over the bar.
After a dominant first-half display, the hosts took the lead in the 31st minute when Taylor-Fletcher got hold of Lloyd Dyer's pass to fire into the bottom corner.
Sean Scannell looked to bring Town back into the game before the break, but his shot was blocked on its way to goal after the striker produced some good work inside the right channel.
The visitors came out of the traps quicker in the second period, as Dyer almost grabbed his side's second of the game, but he was denied by a diving Smithies.
Leicester confirmed the victory with just over 15 minutes to play when Wes Morgan tucked home after James delivered a pin-point set piece, leaving the final score at 2-0 to the Foxes.
