Report: Liverpool chase Roberto Firmino

Liverpool reportedly identify Roberto Firmino as a potential summer transfer target.

Liverpool have reportedly identified Hoffenheim playmaker Roberto Firmino as a summer transfer target.

The Brazilian has impressed with several eye-catching displays in the Bundesliga this season, and manager Brendan Rodgers has earmarked the 22-year-old as he steps up his recruitment drive.

Rodgers is looking to add further creativity to his attacking ranks, and feels that Firmino fits the bill, according to The Metro.

Hoffenheim are said to be looking for around £12m for the highly-rated Firmino.
