Manchester City will be looking to make it five straight wins in all competitions when they continue their Premier League campaign at home to West Ham United on Sunday.

Pep Guardiola's side will enter the clash off the back of an impressive 2-1 victory over Paris Saint-Germain in the Champions League on Wednesday night.

In the Premier League, Man City beat Everton 3-0 last weekend, which has left the reigning champions in second spot in the table, three points behind leaders Chelsea.
