Manchester City 'won't fall to pressure from Yaya Toure'

Manchester City will reportedly not be bullied into answering Yaya Toure's demands after the midfielder expressed that he felt unappreciated at the club.

Manchester City are reportedly refusing to succumb to the pressure of Yaya Toure should the midfielder insist on leaving the club.

The Ivory Coast international's agent Dimitri Seluk has suggested that the 31-year-old could leave the Etihad Stadium after the World Cup.

While the agent has denied reports that Toure is angling for an improved offer from City, Seluk has insisted that money is not an issue and the midfielder is just feeling unappreciated because the club did not mark his 31st birthday last week.

According to The Express, City's hierarchy are adamant that they will not be bullied into offering Toure an increased pay packet or allowing him to leave the club this summer.

Toure signed an improved four-year contract with the English champions last year.
