Nathaniel Clyne: 'Marcus Rashford can do everything'

Liverpool defender Nathaniel Clyne admits that he is wary of the threat posed by Manchester United striker Marcus Rashford.

Liverpool defender Nathaniel Clyne has claimed that Manchester United striker Marcus Rashford is capable of 'doing anything'.

Clyne and Rashford could be direct opponents on Monday night when Liverpool host their rivals at Anfield, and Clyne has acknowledged that he will have to perform to his best to contain his England teammate, should they both start the game on Merseyside.

The 25-year-old told Goal.com: "He can play as a left winger. He is a direct player, every time he gets the ball he wants to go forward so I definitely have to be on my toes and at my best ability to play against him.

"I will have to make sure I get tight to him, not let him have much of the ball and not let him get space. When quality players get space, they can do anything."

There are three points separating the two teams in the Premier League table ahead of the game in the North-West.
