The agent of Nicolas Gaitan has revealed that no offers have been made for his client, who is happy to stay at Benfica should that situation remain the same.
Both Manchester United and Liverpool have been linked with a move for the £25m-rated Argentine midfielder.
Gaitan has admitted the lure of a Premier League move in the past but has now committed himself to Benfica for next season.
Agent Jose Iribarren told The Record: "Gaitan is a Benfica player, and he is happy with them.
"I do not know of any offer on the table, I have only seen what was written in the newspapers.
"If an offer appears we would study it but the intention of Nico is to be with Benfica next season."
Gaitan has been capped six times by the Argentine national side.
