Philippe Coutinho prefers Premier League move to Barcelona stay?

Barcelona attacker Philippe Coutinho reportedly wants to move back to the Premier League rather than stay at Camp Nou.

Barcelona outcast Philippe Coutinho would rather move back to the Premier League than stay at Camp Nou for another season, according to a report.

The former Liverpool man spent the 2019-20 campaign on loan at Bayern Munich - where he contributed two goals and one assists in their 8-2 thrashing of his parent club in the Champions League quarter finals.

However, the Bavarian powerhouses decided against signing Coutinho on a permanent basis, and the Brazilian attacker is still a Barcelona player heading into the new season.

Nevertheless, Marca reports that Coutinho is undecided on his future at Camp Nou, and the 28-year-old would prefer to return to the Premier League.

Coutinho has supposedly attracted interest from a number of top-flight English clubs in recent months, with Arsenal, Chelsea and Manchester United among the sides linked with a swoop for the attacker.

Barca are believed to be holding out for a fee of €80m (£71.9m) for Coutinho, though, and as a result a loan deal would be more likely than an outright sale this summer.
