Zlatan Ibrahimovic to become Jose Mourinho's first signing at Manchester United?

Out-of-contract Paris Saint-Germain striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic could reportedly become Jose Mourinho's first signing when he takes over at Manchester United.

Paris Saint-Germain striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic could reportedly become the first player to join Manchester United under Jose Mourinho this summer.

The 34-year-old is out of contract with the Ligue 1 champions and has already confirmed that he will leave the club when his deal officially expires.

A number of clubs are thought to be interested in the Swede, including lucrative offers from the Chinese Super League.

However, BBC Sport reports that Mourinho's expected arrival at Old Trafford this summer could swing things in United's favour after Ibrahimovic previously spoke of his good relationship with the Portuguese manager.

The pair linked up to win the Serie A title with Inter Milan in 2009 before Ibrahimovic left to join Barcelona - a move he later admitted that he regrets.

The striker is reportedly keen to experience the Premier League before he retires having already won titles in Netherlands, Italy, Spain and France.
