Manchester United are reportedly weighing up a move for Napoli forward Lorenzo Insigne.
The 30-year-old's contract in Naples is due to expire next June, meaning that, as it stands, he would be free to enter into discussions with foreign clubs at the start of 2022.
A recent report claimed that Napoli were close to signing the Italy international to fresh terms, but there has still not been an announcement on the attacker's future.
A number of clubs, including Arsenal, Chelsea and Tottenham Hotspur, have been credited with an interest in the experienced attacker over the last few months.
However, according to Gazzetta dello Sport, there is also genuine interest from Man United, with the Red Devils keeping a close eye on the developments surrounding his future.
Insigne has scored 111 goals and registered 88 assists in 406 appearances for Napoli in all competitions, including two goals and three assists in nine outings this term.
