Forward Marcus Rashford is reportedly in no rush to sign a new contract at Manchester United after being used from the bench for much of 2018.

Manchester United forward Marcus Rashford has reportedly indicated that he is in no rush to sign a new contract.

Rashford has already made 116 appearances for United in all competitions, but the 20-year-old has mainly been used from the bench since the start of 2018.

The academy graduate would prefer to remain at Old Trafford but according to The Sun, the attacker is prepared to bide his time before penning a fresh contract at the North-West giants.

Manager Jose Mourinho will allegedly make significant changes to his first-team squad during the summer, and Rashford wants to see what status he holds at the start of the next campaign.

Exactly half of Rashford's 44 outings in all competitions this season have come from the bench, while just 14 starts have been made in the Premier League.

Rashford still has just over two years remaining on his current deal.
