Report: Borussia Dortmund ace Christian Pulisic decides on Chelsea move

A report claims that Borussia Dortmund attacker Christian Pulisic is on his way to Chelsea in a £60m transfer, with confirmation expected imminently.

Chelsea have reportedly won the race to sign Christian Pulisic as the Borussia Dortmund midfielder prefers a move to Stamford Bridge over Liverpool and Manchester United.

All three Premier League clubs have been sporadically linked with the United States international since the summer window closed.

Interest in Pulisic has been particularly strong in recent weeks as the 20-year-old is believed to have rejected the offer of a new contract at the Westfalenstadion.

Dortmund are therefore looking to cash in while they can still get a large fee for a player whose current deal expires at the end of next season.

Chelsea have long been considered the frontrunners to sign Pulisic and, according to the Daily Mail, confirmation of a switch to West London is now imminent.

The Blues are believed to have agreed to pay £60m for the right-sided attacking midfielder - an area of the field Maurizio Sarri is desperate to strengthen due to concerns over ageing stars Willian and Pedro.
