Borussia Dortmund winger Jadon Sancho may reportedly need to hand in a transfer request to boost his chances of a move to Manchester United.
While the Premier League giants have been heavily linked with a deal for the England international since the beginning of the year, Dortmund have remained unmoved regarding the player's future.
As well as sticking to a valuation of £108m, sporting director Michael Zorc has suggested that Sancho will now stay at the Westfalenstadion after United failed to agree terms before a deadline of August 10.
With United still believing that they can reach a compromise with their German counterparts, The Mirror claims that Sancho may consider formally requesting an exit this summer.
Sancho still has three years remaining on his contract, a factor which only became public knowledge earlier this week.
In theory, that development has provided Dortmund with more leeway with regards to demanding their asking price.
