Team News: Gary Brazil makes five changes for Nottingham Forest

Nottingham Forest make five changes for today's visit of Birmingham City in the Championship.

Nottingham Forest caretaker manager Gary Brazil has made five changes to his Nottingham Forest side as they welcome Birmingham City to the City Ground.

Forest were thrashed 5-2 by Queens Park Rangers last time out, so Brazil has changed almost half his team. In come Danny Collins, David Vaughan, Ben Osborn, Jamie Paterson and Jamie Mackie.

The visitors have made two changes as they look to consolidate their Championship status. Out go Lee Novak and Federico Macheda - who both started the Blues' 3-1 loss at Middlesbrough last weekend - and in come Mitch Hancox and Shane Ferguson.

Nottingham Forest seem to have too much ground to make up in the playoff race and there was further bad news for them today, as it was revealed that club captain Andy Reid will miss the rest of the season with a calf injury.

Birmingham are still fighting for their Championship survival, as they lie just three points above the drop zone.

Nottingham Forest: Darlow, Halford, Lascelles, Collins, Fox, Vaughan, Peltier, Osborn, Paterson, Mackie, Derbyshire

Birmingham City: Randolph; Spector, Thorpe, Robinson, Hancox; Caddis, Reilly; Burke, Huws, Ferguson; Zigic
