Carlo Ancelotti says that Paris Saint-Germain's 4-0 victory over Toulouse was their "best match of 2013".

Paris Saint-Germain boss Carlo Ancelotti has praised his team following their 4-0 demolition of Toulouse.

Les Parisiens opened up a three-point gap over Lyon at the top thanks to goals from Javier Pastore, Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Mamadou Sakho and Gregory van der Wiel.

"That was without a doubt our best match in 2013," Ligue1.com quotes Ancelotti as saying.

"We rediscovered the kind of form in attack that we had before the winter break. It was a very good performance.

"We didn't play so well against Ajaccio and Lille, but you can't be 100% all the time. What's important for the club is that we keep racking up positive results."
