Daniel Carrico: "I will not be staying at Reading"

Daniel Carrico says that he will leave Reading this summer amid reported interest from Sevilla.

Daniel Carrico has confirmed that he will be leaving Reading this summer.

The 24-year-old only arrived at the Madejski Stadium during the January transfer window, but his stay in Berkshire appears as though it will be short-lived.

"I will not be staying at Reading," Sky Sports News quotes Carrico as saying.

Sevilla are among the clubs believed to be interested in the Portuguese Under-21 international and he admitted that a move to Los Rojibalncos would appeal to him.

"Sevilla is a great club, I would love to play for them."

Carrico joined the Royals from Sporting Lisbon.
