Sevilla teenager Diego Talaveron emerges as a potential transfer target for Barcelona, according to a report.

Barcelona are reportedly weighing up a move for Sevilla teenager Diego Talaveron.

The 18-year-old is yet to make his first-team debut for Sevilla but has been in excellent form at youth level during the 2019-20 campaign, finding the back of the net on 22 occasions.

According to Mundo Deportivo, Barca have scouted the striker on a number of occasions over the last 12 months as they weigh up a potential summer move.

The report, though, claims that Real Madrid, Ajax and clubs from the Premier League are also keeping a close eye on the attacker's development at the Estadio Ramon.

Sevilla are believed to currently be working to tie the teenager to a new contract, meanwhile, and Julen Lopetegui's side are allegedly confident when it comes to a fresh deal.

Talaveron joined Los Nervionenses from Almeria in 2016.
