Tottenham Hotspur players have reportedly nicknamed Mauricio Pochettino 'Big Brother' due to the Argentine's tendency to watch them train via CCTV cameras.
The manager has often watched his players train from inside Tottenham's Enfield training complex since joining the club in 2014.
Pochettino is under serious pressure after a 7-2 defeat at home to Bayern Munich followed by a 3-0 defeat at the hands of Brighton & Hove Albion on Saturday.
According to The Sun, he has increasingly watched training from behind a screen over the last few weeks, prompting Spurs players to brand him 'Big Brother'.
The 47-year-old is said to also observe his team training from a higher vantage point directly behind the players in an attempt to gain a better view of their positioning.
Despite a poor run of results, the Spurs hierarchy reportedly have no intention of sacking Pochettino anytime soon.
