Tottenham Hotspur have reportedly identified midfielder Victor Camarasa as a potential summer signing.
The Real Betis player has spent the season on loan at Cardiff City, and the 24-year-old has contributed five goals and four assists from 32 outings in the Premier League.
Cardiff's relegation to the Championship means that a permanent deal is unlikely, but it appears that there is interest from clubs in England's top flight.
According to ElDesmarque, Spurs are currently contemplating making an approach ahead of next season, with Mauricio Pochettino keen to add another central midfielder to his squad.
Camarasa still has just over three years remaining on his contract at Betis, but the Spanish side may be prepared to consider offers for the player's signature.
West Ham United are also said to be monitoring the situation.
